Introduction
Balbharati books reach the students through the registered Booksellers and registered Schools.
The Bookseller or the school registers with one of the nine Balbharati Depots with their required documents.
On payment of registration fees the booksellers or schools is allotted a Party Id.
A registered party can buy books directly from Balbharati depot and avail discount.
The party places the order in the form of demand, which is manually written list of books and required quantity.
Balbharati staff registers the party demand in the computer system and calculates the gross value of the books, discount earned and net payable amount.
A slip is issued of the payable amount to the party. Party uses the slip to deposit the amount in the bank on account of Balbharati and gets an acknowledged copy of the slip from the bank and submits it back to the Balbharati depot.
Balbharati staffs on receipt of the slip generate an invoice and supply the books to the party.
This portal enables the booksellers and schools to register online as party.
A registered party will be able to place a demand to the depot using the portal.
The portal will issue the bank slip of payable amount.
This slip can be used to deposit the required amount in the bank on the account of Balbharati.
The party will also be able to pay the amount online using credit/debit card or internet banking.
